Pump House
This substantial water utility structure holds several large service pumps.
BBQ Pavilion
The client was looking for a simple design while maximizing their beautiful lake view. They started with a sketch of a few Pinterest posts for examples and we came up with this elegant design. We were able to utilize some of the original retaining structures to keep the foundation costs down.
Pemberton Warehouse
This large warehouse was constructed with basic shear walls and steel moment frames. The overall design was cost-effective.
Foundation Fire Damage
There was an extreme amount of water used to knock down the fire on this structure. MCI was retained to comment on the usefulness of the existing foundation.
